Back on the bandwagon!

Hello everyone! I'm back...aaagain. I have been through one of the roughest times of my life since my last post. To follow up with the last post- I found out my foot hurt because of the way I was playing with the kids. I let them sit on my foot and I have them ride a pony. I stopped and so did the pain. Three weeks into the competition we found out we were pregnant so I left the competition. To cut a long story short, (which if you want the long version you can find it on my blog here. Two miscarriages later here I am 15 pounds from my lightest so far. Through prayer and receiving a blessing, we decided it would be best to stop trying and start again later. OK, now on to weight loss. My lightest I was down to 194 pounds- which felt AAAHmazing. A week after the second D&C I finally braved the scale for a start weight again. My new start weight was 212. This mornings weight was 207.8- YES!! I am trying to ride my bike a TON. The kids love it and it gets us out of the house. I can already tell my thighs are looking better! Yesterday I hit the pool again. (Your not allowed to swim for 2 weeks following a procedure). It was so much more difficult then I remember! I was out of breath and dying after two laps. I wanted to cry because I was so frustrated. I did aqua Zumba after that but I was so upset from laps that I didn't really enjoy it Zumba. I am not doing Weight Watchers anymore but trying the MyFitnessPal app. I really miss how easy WW was to track portion sizes but not missing the monthly bill! Its very difficult because I use my scale for all my food and when I enter it it wants tablespoons or cups. GR! My username is KatieGM in case anyone reading this wants to add me as a buddy. Well everyone, that's where I am. And I obviously didn't run my triathlon. Hopefully I will do a 5K instead by the end of the year. Maybe.
