Her scale said I weighed 200.8. Wii fit says I weigh 198.
Personally I am going to use the 198 for how I am doing.
For the competition I used 200.8 and will use the same scale for my last results.

I am taking my weight loss HARD CORE this week! Weighed in this morning and I already lost 1 pound and its only Tuesday morning.
That got me pumped up this morning!! Helloooo 197!
I have burned over 1,200 calories both yesterday and today!
Did you know swimming is like 900 calories an hour?

Sad part of this week? I hurt my foot Saturday or Sunday morning. No clue what I did! And the pain comes and goes. Sometimes I can barely stand on it other times I feel completely fine. I wrapped it and it felt worse. Thinking of seeing the doctor if it last a little longer... Mainly because I am afraid of injuring worse because I am working out so hard. Its in the lower arch near the top of the heel and through the front of my ankle. Pain go away! I want to run so bad!!
I can use a spin bike even out of the saddle and I am doing a ton of swimming... Time will tell!
